This competition will run from 26th May 2004 until 31st M ay 2004.
1. The promoter of this competition is Buena Vista [International (UK) Ltd]/[Home Entertainment Ltd], 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE (Disney).
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, of any age, excluding employees or agents of Disney or anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family.
3. Only one entry per household is allowed. Only entries made online via the Internet will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of Disney.
4. Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain authorisation from a parent or guardian before entering this competition and must provide an email address for their parent or guardian as a condition for entry. Disney reserves the right to request evidence of such authorisation and to invalidate entries or the prize winner(s) if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
6. Disney does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries. Illegible entries (including corrupt files) will be invalid and proof or sending/mailing is not proof of receipt.
7. All entries for the competition must be received no later than midnight on 31st May 2004 to be eligible for selection.
8. All winning entries will be selected randomly by Disney or its agents from all correct entries received. The judges decision is final.
9. All prize winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via e-mail. Winners must reply to that email within 30 days of receipt. If no response is received by Disney within 30 days, Disney reserves the right to select other winners. A list of the winners abbreviated names will be hosted on this site following the announcement of winner.
10. Personal Information about prize winners will be shared with Disneys agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winners.
11. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Disney reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
12. Entrants accept that if they win, Disney will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
13. Disney has arranged this competition in good faith, but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or prizes offered.
